Official Rules: Monthly Revenue Drawing

The Monthly Revenue Drawing Sweepstakes (the "Drawing") is sponsored and operated by PoolStake LLC, a Tennessee limited liability company, located at [INSERT REGISTERED ADDRESS], Knoxville, Tennessee ("PoolStake" or "Sponsor").

Each calendar month constitutes one Drawing Period. At the close of each Drawing Period, one (1) eligible participant will be selected as a winner through a random weighted drawing based on accumulated Sweeps Entry balances.

The Drawing is open to registered PoolStake account holders who are at least eighteen (18) years of age and are legal residents of an eligible jurisdiction.

Ineligible jurisdictions include the State of Idaho, the State of Washington, and any jurisdiction where this Sweepstakes is prohibited by applicable law.

Employees, officers, directors, and agents of PoolStake LLC, and their immediate family and household members, are not eligible to enter or win.

Each Drawing Period runs from 12:00:00 AM Coordinated Universal Time (UTC) on the first day of a calendar month through 11:59:59 PM UTC on the last day of that calendar month.

• Daily Login: +5 Sweeps Entries per day upon logging into your account.
• Mail-In Request: +50 Sweeps Entries per calendar month. See Section 5 for mail-in procedure.
• Referral — Friend Signs Up: +100 Sweeps Entries when a referred user creates a verified account.
• Referral — Friend Joins a Pool: +500 Sweeps Entries when a referred user enters their first lottery pool.
• Referral — Friend Upgrades to Paid Membership: +1,000 Sweeps Entries when a referred user activates a Pro, VIP, or Elite membership.
• Social Win Card Share: +25 Sweeps Entries upon verified sharing of a PoolStake win card on a public social media platform.
• Profile Completion: +50 Sweeps Entries upon first completing all required account profile fields (one-time reward).
• Optional Video Advertisement: +50 Sweeps Entries per video upon voluntarily watching an opt-in short video advertisement.

• Gold Coin Package Purchase: Sweeps Entries bundled as complimentary bonus with each purchase, as displayed at point of purchase.
• Pro Membership Subscription ($9.99/mo): +500 Sweeps Entries credited upon each monthly renewal.
• VIP Membership Subscription ($24.99/mo): +1,500 Sweeps Entries credited upon each monthly renewal.
• Elite Membership Subscription ($49.99/mo, international): +2,500 Sweeps Entries credited upon each monthly renewal.
• Merchandise/Swag Purchase: Sweeps Entries bundled as complimentary bonus with each purchase, as displayed at point of purchase.

To receive Sweeps Entries via mail at no cost, participants must:

1. Write your full legal name, registered email address, registered residential address, and the statement "I wish to receive Sweeps Entries for the PoolStake Monthly Revenue Drawing. I agree to the Official Rules and Terms of Service" on one blank 4" x 6" index card in legible handwriting.
2. Place the card in a stamped #10 business envelope with return address handwritten in the upper left corner.
3. Mail to: PoolStake LLC — Monthly Drawing Entries, [INSERT MAILING ADDRESS], Knoxville, TN [ZIP].

• Limit one (1) mail-in per person per calendar month.
• Must be postmarked from participant's registered state of residence.
• Entries credited within 14 days of receipt.

No participant may accumulate more than five thousand (5,000) Sweeps Entries in any single Drawing Period across all earning methods combined. Entries earned in excess of this cap will not be credited. This cap is designed to ensure fair participation and may be adjusted by PoolStake with reasonable notice.

The prize for each Monthly Drawing is five percent (5%) of PoolStake LLC's gross membership subscription revenue actually received during the applicable Drawing Period, with a minimum guaranteed prize value of five hundred dollars ($500.00 USD) regardless of actual subscription revenue. PoolStake will maintain a reserve fund sufficient to cover the minimum guaranteed prize amount.

An estimated prize amount for the current Drawing Period will be displayed on the PoolStake platform and updated periodically. The final prize amount will be calculated and officially disclosed after the Drawing Period closes and all subscription revenue for that period has been received and reconciled.

• Residents of New York State: Maximum aggregate prize value per Drawing of $4,999.99.
• Residents of Florida: Maximum aggregate prize value per Drawing of $4,999.99.
• All participants: Maximum daily prize redemption of $10,000.00.
• All participants: One (1) prize redemption request per twenty-four-hour period.

Prizes will only be processed if the winner's redeemable Sweeps Coins balance is at least one hundred (100) Sweeps Coins (equivalent to a minimum prize value of $100.00 USD).

At 12:01 AM UTC on the first day of each calendar month, PoolStake will conduct the Drawing for the prior month's Drawing Period. The Drawing uses a cryptographically secure weighted random selection process in which each accumulated Sweeps Entry represents one (1) equal chance of being selected.

The decision of the Sponsor regarding the Drawing outcome is final and binding. The potential winner will be notified via email and in-app notification within forty-eight (48) hours of the Drawing.

The potential winner must respond within ten (10) days of notification and must complete all required verification within that period. Failure to respond or complete verification will result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.

All potential winners are subject to verification. To claim the prize, winners must:

1. Complete and return a signed Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability Release.
2. Provide valid government-issued photo identification.
3. Complete identity verification as required by PoolStake.
4. Provide payment details for prize disbursement (verified bank account, PayPal, or other supported payment method).

For US winners, prizes will be paid via Stripe ACH transfer, PayPal, or gift card at winner's election. All prize payments are subject to applicable tax withholding. PoolStake will issue IRS Form 1099-MISC for prizes valued at $600 or more in a calendar year.

• Sweeps Entries have no monetary value and may not be transferred, sold, or redeemed for cash.
• Sweeps Entries are specific to the Drawing Period in which they are earned and expire at the end of each Drawing Period without exception.
• Sweeps Entries may be forfeited upon account closure, suspension, or termination for any reason.
• PoolStake reserves the right to modify entry values, caps, and earning methods with reasonable notice.

By participating, each entrant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules. PoolStake reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Drawing in the event of fraud, technical failures, or other circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

These Rules are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee. Disputes are subject to the arbitration and class action waiver provisions in the PoolStake Terms of Service.
