Section 1 — Sponsor & Promoter

The Sponsor and Promoter of the PoolStake Lottery Pool Sweepstakes is PoolStake LLC, a Tennessee limited liability company, with its principal place of business at [INSERT REGISTERED ADDRESS], Knoxville, Tennessee ("PoolStake," "Sponsor," or "we"). The Sweepstakes is administered by PoolStake LLC as the Promoter.

Section 2 — Sweepstakes Description

PoolStake operates recurring Lottery Pool Sweepstakes (each, a "Pool") in connection with official United States multi-state lottery games, including the Powerball lottery (draws held every Monday, Wednesday, and Saturday) and the Mega Millions lottery (draws held every Tuesday and Friday). Each Pool is a separate, independently administered sweepstakes promotion.

Prior to opening any Pool for participant entry, PoolStake LLC pre-purchases official lottery tickets from authorized Tennessee Lottery retailers and holds such tickets in its own name ("Pool Tickets"). The number of Pool Tickets purchased per Pool is determined by the applicable jackpot amount and the ticket scaling tiers described in each Pool's individual rules.

Participants do not purchase lottery tickets directly. Participation in a Pool constitutes entry into a promotional sweepstakes in which the defined prize is derived from any lottery proceeds generated by the Pool Tickets held by PoolStake LLC.

Section 3 — Eligibility
3.1 Age Requirement

The Sweepstakes is open only to natural persons who are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry. By entering, you represent and warrant that you satisfy this age requirement.

3.2 Geographic Eligibility

The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the United States, subject to the following exclusions:

  • Residents of the State of Idaho are ineligible.
  • Residents of the State of Washington are ineligible.
  • Residents of any additional state or jurisdiction where this Sweepstakes is prohibited by applicable law are ineligible.

The Sweepstakes is VOID where prohibited by law. It is the sole responsibility of each participant to verify that participation is lawful in their jurisdiction.

3.3 Employee Exclusion

Employees, officers, directors, contractors, and agents of PoolStake LLC, and the immediate family members (spouse, parent, sibling, child, and their respective spouses) and household members of any such persons, are not eligible to enter or win.

3.4 One Account Per Person

Each participant may maintain only one (1) active account on the PoolStake platform. Participants found to have created multiple accounts will be disqualified from all active and future Pools and will forfeit all accumulated Sweeps Entries and any prize claims.

Section 4 — How to Enter — Sweeps Entries

To participate in a Pool, eligible participants must acquire Sweeps Entries and use those Sweeps Entries to enter the Pool's slot selection drawing.

Section 5 — Mail-In Entry Procedure

To receive Sweeps Entries via the mail-in method at no cost, participants must comply with ALL of the following requirements:

  1. Obtain one (1) standard blank index card or piece of unlined white paper measuring exactly four inches by six inches (4" x 6"). The card must be unfolded and blank on all sides.

  • Referred user creates a verified PoolStake account: 100 Sweeps Entries to referrer.
  • Referred user joins their first lottery pool: 500 Sweeps Entries to referrer.
  • Referred user activates a paid membership subscription: 1,000 Sweeps Entries to referrer.

Self-referrals, referrals using multiple accounts, or any fraudulent referral activity will result in forfeiture of all associated Sweeps Entries and account termination. Each qualifying action is credited once per referred user.

Section 7 — Pool Slot Selection & Mechanics
7.1 One Slot Per Player Per Pool

Each eligible participant may hold a maximum of one (1) slot per Pool, regardless of the number of Sweeps Entries they possess. Multiple Sweeps Entries do not entitle a participant to multiple slots. This rule is fundamental to the fairness and integrity of the Sweepstakes and may not be waived under any circumstances.

7.2 Equal Value Slots

All slots within a given Pool are of equal value. The prize per slot is fixed and defined at the time each Pool opens, before any participant submits their entry. No participant may obtain a larger prize share through the acquisition of additional Sweeps Entries.

7.3 Entry Drawing

Each Sweeps Entry constitutes one (1) chance of being selected to receive a slot in the Pool. The slot selection drawing is conducted through a cryptographically secure weighted random selection process among all valid entries received before the Pool closes.

7.4 Pool Ticket Pre-Purchase Verification

Prior to opening any Pool for participant entry, PoolStake will upload scanned images of all Pool Tickets to the platform. Participants may verify the existence of the underlying lottery tickets before submitting their Sweeps Entries. No Pool will be opened for entry until verified ticket scans are available.

7.5 Pool Cancellation

If PoolStake is unable to purchase Pool Tickets for any reason, or if a Pool fails to meet its minimum participation requirements, the Pool will be cancelled. All Sweeps Entries used to enter a cancelled Pool will be returned within forty-eight (48) hours of cancellation.

Section 8 — Prize
8.1 Prize Definition

The prize for each Lottery Pool Sweepstakes is defined as: eighty-five percent (85%) of net lottery proceeds actually received by PoolStake LLC from the Tennessee Lottery with respect to the Pool Tickets, distributed equally among all pool slot holders. Fifteen percent (15%) of net lottery proceeds is retained by PoolStake LLC as the Promoter's fee.

8.2 Prize Distribution

Prize funds will be distributed to slot holders within thirty (30) days of PoolStake's receipt of cleared lottery prize funds, subject to verification of winner identity, applicable tax withholding, and all other requirements of these Rules.

8.3 Prize Caps by Jurisdiction
  • Residents of New York State: Maximum aggregate prize value of $4,999.99 per Pool.
  • Residents of Florida: Maximum aggregate prize value of $4,999.99 per Pool.
  • All participants: Maximum prize value of $10,000.00 per calendar day.
Section 9 — Winner Verification & Prize Claim

  • Complete and return a Publicity Release where permitted by applicable law.
  • Provide valid government-issued photo identification.
  • Provide any additional documentation reasonably requested by PoolStake to verify identity and eligibility.

Failure to respond within the required timeframes, failure to provide required documentation, failure to satisfy eligibility requirements, or discovery of any violation of these Rules will result in disqualification and forfeiture of the prize.

Section 10 — Tax Obligations

All federal, state, and local taxes on prizes are the sole responsibility of the winner. PoolStake will issue IRS Form 1099-MISC or other applicable tax documents to prize recipients as required by law. Winners are strongly encouraged to consult a qualified tax advisor regarding the tax implications of receiving a prize.

Section 12 — General Conditions
